Mr. Milstead has served as vice president and general counsel of Credence Systems Corporation since November 2000. Prior to Credence, Mr. Milstead was a partner with the Portland Oregon law firm of Ater Wynne LLP. Prior to joining Ater Wynne LLP in 1996, he was an associate and partner in the Portland Oregon office of Bogle & Gates PLLC. Mr. Milstead has practiced law since 1982. |
