Richard C. Ill, age 62, has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Triumph Group, Inc., a company that designs, manufactures, repairs and overhauls aircraft components and assemblies, since 1993. Mr. Ill serves as a director of P.H. Glatfelter Company and is a member of the board of governors of The Aerospace Industry Association and the advisory board of Outward Bound, USA.
