Mr. Ngo was named Director of Operations of GuideTech in May 2004, responsible for management and leadership of the Operations group of the company including manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, product test, product certification, and customer service. Shortly after joining GuideTech, he has implemented a Product Quality Tracking system and RMA service database to successfully facilitate the Supplier Quality Audit program from one of the world largest Semiconductor ATE provider. |
