Cam Brockie is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. He is a member of the Banking & Finance Group, where his practice focuses on project finance, energy, restructurings and privatisation. He is also a member of the Energy Group.
Cam advises on a broad range of project finance and energy transactions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has extensive experience in the power, oil and gas and infrastructure sectors. Cam is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.

Acted for a multinational oil company in respect of the disposal of its Jamaican downstream business
Acted for the project companies owned by InterGen in respect of a number of independent power projects in the United Kingdom, Western Europe and South America including the Coryton, Spalding and Rijnmond projects
Acted for Humber Power Limited including in the restructuring of its financial and commercial arrangements and in respect of Phase II of a 1200 MW independent power project at South Humberside, England
Acted for the South Caucasus Pipeline Company relating to a $3.2bn natural gas pipeline from Baku to eastern Turkey via Georgia
Acted for Kuwait Petroleum in relation to the proposed acquisition of shares in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation
Acted for an Asian utility in respect of the acquisition of a portfolio of Indian power projects
