As Director of Workforce Partnering, Candice Lange is responsible for the strategic development of Lilly's work/life agenda, the company's diversity and education strategies, and the extension of the Lilly corporate brand into its human resource practices. Under her leadership in this role, Lilly has achieved national recognition on a number of annual lists including the Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work For in America," the Fortune "Best Companies for Minorities," and the Working Mother "Ten Best Companies for Working Mothers." Prior to this assignment, she held management positions in medical and discovery research at Lilly.
Ms. Lange is a co-chair of the Indiana Child Care Fund Advisory Board, a public/private partnership with the objective to improve the quality and availability of early childhood education statewide. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Center on Families at Purdue University, and the Conference Board Work/Life Leadership Council. She is also a member of the Steering Committees for the Boston College Work and Family Roundtable, and the Purdue University Midwest Work/Family Association. Ms. Lange holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Purdue University. |
