Candice Pitcher is an associate in Jones Waldo�s estate planning, financial services and litigation groups. She practices mainly in the area of trust and estate planning, having worked with various sizes of estates and numerous levels of complexity within the estate plans that she has created. As a complement to her estate planning practice, Candice also represents heirs, personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in probate and trust litigation.
Candice was born in Brigham City, Utah. She received her B.S. degree magna cum laude from the University of Utah. Candice received her J.D. degree magna cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Candice served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Arizona Law Review and won the Brown v. Board of Education at Fifty writing competition. Candice also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Christine Durham, Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court. Candice is a member of the Utah State Bar and is admitted to practice before all Utah State courts and the United States District Court for the District of Utah. |
