Canise Arredondo is the Senior Vice President, Chief Audit Executive of IndyMac Bancorp, Inc. (Indymac�) and IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. (Indymac Bank�) leading the Internal Audit department. Ms. Arredondo joined Indymac Bank in July 2004 and previously worked in Enterprise Risk Management, which is comprised of Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX), Issues Management, Companywide Policies and Procedures, and Regulatory Relations. Prior to joining Indymac Bank, Ms. Arredondo was a senior manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where she spent almost 10 years in the Assurance and Advisory Services practice and focused on clients in the financial services industries. Ms. Arredondo has a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
