Carl Bronstein joined Merrill Lynch as an investment advisor in 1982 and over the following 18 years in San Francisco rose to senior vice president at such firms as Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, and Dakin Securities. He left Wall Street in 2000 to form Bronstein Ventures, a private money venture capital advisory. He has led or participated in raising capital for Phyton, Inc. (since acquired), Accumetrics, Medconx, and Sylvan Source.
Mr. Bronstein was raised in Palo Alto, California and received a Business Economics degree from University of California, Santa Barbara. He is married, an avid skier and hiker, currently living in Twain Harte, California in the Sierra Nevada foothills. He has two sons in college. |
