A seasoned Raving Brands executive, Carl Griffenkranz brings his experience, leadership and innovative spirit to Doc Green�s Gourmet Salads as the vice president of operations and brand leader for this fast-growing brand. Griffenkranz oversees all aspects and operations of the Doc Green�s brand and system and plays an active role in daily operations. He leads all areas of the Doc Green�s business including corporate strategy, marketing, finance, franchise support, training and customer service. As one of the creators of Doc Green�s, Griffenkranz has been instrumental in growing the brand and developing the menu, kitchen design and overall consumer experience. Prior to his current position, Griffenkranz was the vice president of marketing for Moe�s Southwest Grill where he was responsible for overseeing the development of all advertising and promotional elements for the brand in its early stages. He also built strategic partnerships with several of Moe�s most valuable vendors. Before joining the Raving Brands team, Griffenkranz worked for Hynan, LLC, a human-resource recruitment and outsourcing company, where he was responsible for sales, project management, client services and team management. This experience provided an excellent foundation for his future contributions to the growth and development of Moe�s and Doc Green�s. Griffenkranz, who lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter, earned a bachelor�s degree in business at Berry University and a master�s degree in management from C.W. Post/ Long Island University. He is a member of the National Restaurant Association (NRA) and the Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA) and is involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. |
