Carl has over 15 years of experience in launching cancer and molecular diagnostic platforms, medical equipment, cutting-edge diagnostic testing and pharmaceuticals in the US and International markets in senior sales leadership & marketing roles. Carl's experiences range from Fortune 100 companies, including executive positions at Abbott Labs and Johnson & Johnson's Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, to small companies including Ventana Medical Systems and BioGenex. As Vice President, Sales, at Ventana Medical Systems, Carl grew sales from $6M to over $90M in under three years. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at BioGenex, Carl launched the Xmatrx cancer and molecular diagnostic system worldwide. In the medical industry, Carl is known as a strategic leader who develops strategy and creates tactics that attack the market - consistently delivering outstanding results.
