For many of you, the first contact with (and first impression of) Malmberg Travel will be Carla, even though at times it seems as if she is on the road more than our clients. Carla has been in the travel industry for almost 15 years, and with Malmberg travel for the last two, so you may rest assured that she knows all the ins and outs of sales, marketing, and customer service. She is responsible for assimilating our new and valued accounts into the Malmberg fold, and is proactive in maintaining the highest level of attention to all of our clients.
