Mr. Saladrigas became a member of our Board of Directors in May 2003. Mr. Saladrigas has been the Chairman of Premier American Bank in Miami Florida since September 2001. From November 1984 to May 2002 he was the Chief Executive Officer of ADP TotalSource (previously The Vincam Group Inc.) a human resources outsourcing company that provides human resource functions to small and mid-sized businesses. Mr. Saladrigas serves as a director of Progress Energy Inc.; Carolina Power & Light Company and Florida Progress Corporation. |
