Carmelina Procaccini is Vice President of Human Resources at Pegasystems. Procaccini joined Pegasystems in March 2000 to oversee all aspects of the Company's employee relations, staffing, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
Procaccini has 20 years of human resources experience in high-growth environments within the manufacturing, technology, and financial services industries. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Human Resources at MFS Investment Management, a global mutual fund company. At MFS, Procaccini played a key role in transforming the human resources function and aligning those processes with organizational goals and business strategies. She also managed the implementation of their PeopleSoft HRIS solution and MFS' first regular human resources management reporting analysis program. Previously, Procaccini served as Vice President of Human Resources at Honeywell-DMC Services Inc., a subsidiary of Honeywell within the Home and Building Controls Division. She has also held management positions at Morse Shoe, Inc. and New Balance Athletic Shoes, Inc.
Procaccini holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a M.Ed. degree with a concentration in Counseling and Student Personnel Services from the University of Maine.
