Carol A. Sigmond is a member of DBM's litigation and arbitration and real estate and construction practice groups. Ms. Sigmond concentrates on construction industry matters, including contract preparation, mediation, litigation, suretyship, bid protests, appeals and arbitration. She has extensive experience in litigation of construction disputes for public works and buildings in both the public and private sectors, as well as preparation of contract documents including design build, CM, GMP and fixed price.
