Mrs. Mercer assumed her current duties at the company in 1998 after a successful 23 years career in banking with Fleet Bank where she achieved the position of Vice President. Mrs. Mercer is responsible for all human resource development and reports directly to the CEO. This includes designing, planning and implementing human resource programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. Mrs. Mercer holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. |
