As CTO and VP of engineering, Carol Peo is responsible for the continued development of Centive Compel� and the architecture and development of new Centive on-demand solutions. Peo comes to Centive with over 25 years of experience leading product development teams at Oracle, Veridiem, ProfitLogic and Banyan Systems. At Oracle, Peo was responsible for several large-scale enterprise solutions that enabled retailers to optimally plan assortments, distribute merchandise, and track and analyze sales results. As Vice President of Engineering at Veridiem, Peo was responsible for the development of the company�s SaaS marketing optimization solutions used by Fortune 500 companies, such as AT&T, Ameritrade and Porsche Cars. Prior to Veridiem, Peo founded and managed an engineering management consulting company that helped businesses build high performance engineering organizations. |
