Carol Thornton joined Omni in 2007 after a long and successful career in the staffing industry. With almost 20 years of staffing experience, Carol brings an understanding of the industry from the inside. She has worked in operations, growing her career from a Supervisor to a Branch Manager to an Area Manager. She has also been involved with National Accounts and with organic selling. Carol�s most recent position before joining Omni was as Director of Human Resources for a large staffing firm. Carol is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing Omni candidates, while working closely with our clients. Carol received a Bachelor�s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
