Current responsibility
Carol is a consulting actuary with Milliman, based in Hong Kong. She specializes in financial projections and financial analysis for life insurers in East Asian life insurance markets, and in particular in China. She joined the firm in 2001.
Experience
Carol has significant experience in actuarial appraisal valuation, business planning, financial projection, and product pricing. She has worked on assignments for companies in Greater China and South East Asia since she joined Milliman.
Carol also has much experience in advising clients on entering the Chinese life insurance market. In China, she has worked with clients on market entry strategy, M&A, business planning, product development, and market research.
Before joining Milliman, Carol worked for Tai Kang Life in Beijing, where she was the appointed actuary responsible for product pricing, reserve valuation, and other actuarial investigations.
