Ms. Guibert's practice focuses on land use and real estate development matters. Professional Activities Ms. Guibert is a member of the State Bar of California. Before attending law school, Ms. Guibert served as an urban planner for five years in the position of County Planner in Blaine County, Idaho, and Planner at a planning and design firm in Berkeley, California. While there, Ms. Guibert was instrumental in the completion of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the redevelopment of a 2,000-acre site at Moffett Federal Airfield, located in the heart of Silicon Valley. The Ames Research Center EIS received a NASA Group Achievement Award in 2003. Education - Ms. Guibert received her undergraduate degree in Environmental Design with Honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She earned her law degree with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law where she served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Technology. |
