Caroline Kahl, Vice President, Corporate Counsel, and Secretary. Ms. Kahl has more than 17 years of experience as a corporate and transactional attorney in both the domestic and international telecommunications industry. In April 2003, Ms. Kahl co-founded a privately-held woman-owned enterprise providing engineering, installation and commissioning services to wireline and wireless telecommunications companies. From February 2000 to March 2003, Ms. Kahl served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of P-Com, Inc., a publicly-held telecom radio manufacturer, where she advised the company on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, including equipment sales, private equity investments, acquisitions, and divestitures. Ms. Kahl was also General Counsel with P-Com Network Services (PCNS) and its predecessor, Columbia Spectrum Management (CSM). Earlier in her career, Ms. Kahl advised clients on telecommunications regulatory issues and corporate matters while practicing law in the Washington, D.C. offices of Bryan Cave, LLP. Ms. Kahl earned her B.A. from Connecticut College in 1979, with high honors, and her J.D. from Catholic University in 1986. |
