Prior to joining Plexus, Ms. McClurg was Treasurer at Forest Oil Corporation. From 1989 to 2002, Ms. McClurg held positions in banking and investing at the First National Bank of Chicago, Great-West Life Assurance, Enron Capital and Trade, and U.S. Bank. She has worked on transactions that range from $5 million to $900 million. Deal structures include senior secured debt, volumetric production payments, drilling partnerships, senior bonds, land acquisition funds, and equity.
Ms. McClurg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona in 1983 and an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School for International Management, in 1988. She has also completed advanced degree courses in Geology at the Colorado School of Mines. |
