Carolyn "Lyn" Cason joined Warren & Morris Ltd. in 1999. Lyn has a well-rounded background in both executive search and business operations in electronic media and broadband technology. She directs search assignments for Broadband, New Media and Advanced Technology clients.

Before joining Warren & Morris, Lyn was with a leading entertainment executive search firm in Los Angeles. During the time, Lyn led and executed middle and senior management searches in the television, new media and site based entertainment industries. Lyn has recruited executive level talent across all functional areas including CEO/General Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering/IT, Finance and Product Management.

Previously, Lyn was with Westinghouse (now CBS) in a wide range of financial management positions. As Vice President/Controller of Group W Productions, she directed the financial operations of the unit and its various divisions including production, television syndication, and media sales. As Vice President-Quality, she played a major role in Westinghouse's broadcasting/cable customer service initiatives. Lyn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Communications from San Francisco State University and completed a Fellowship in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Johns Hopkins University.

Lyn is on the Board of Directors of CTHRA (Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association), and a member of CTAM. Lyn is married and resides in Pasadena, California.
