Dartmouth College - B.A. summa cum laude, 1982 Carolyn is a founding partner of both Ironwood Capital and the investment advisors for its affiliated funds, Ironwood Mezzanine Fund LP and Ironwood Equity Fund LP. Her primary responsibilities include the oversight of investment selection and portfolio management for the funds, and all limited partner and regulatory reporting. She serves as Chief Investment Officer and is a member of the Funds' Investment Committees. Carolyn's experience includes mezzanine financing, asset-backed securities, senior debt, project financing, commercial mortgages, capital raising for funds, and totals nearly $6 billion. Prior to co-founding Ironwood Capital in 1991, Carolyn was an investment professional with Aetna, Inc. where she held a variety of positions in the areas of investment banking and international mutual fund management. She also spent four years with Paine Webber Incorporated in the Money Market Finance Group. |
