She has over 20 years experience managing and performing technical work on projects involving computer systems development, maintenance, operation, documentation, and training. Carroll posesses expertise in requirements analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation of performance support systems, eLearning systems, and performance-based applications. In addition to over 9 years of FedEx experience, Carroll has delivered IT solutions to clients in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, educational, and service industries. Carroll has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama. |
