Experience:
Carsten Flasshoff concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, including representation of multinational and national clients (corporate and financial) in M&A transactions in Germany and abroad. He assists his clients with corporate matters, private equity, Mobility in Europe issues, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate advice.
Before joining Mayer Brown as a partner in 2006, Carsten worked with another major international law firm. He is fluent in English in addition to his native German.
