Biographical Information:
Cary Hardy's practice focuses on estate planning, estate and gift taxation and trust and estate administration. He also provides legal advice to business clients of the firm and to clients involved in residential real estate transactions. Mr. Hardy taught estate and tax planning at the Summit Area Community School for over 20 years and has served as an instructor for the New Jersey Skills and Methods course in wills and estates.
Mr. Hardy's current civic activities include the Summit Area Chamber of Commerce (past Chairman) and member of the board of Summit Downtown, Inc. He is also a member of the board and officer of Family Promise, Inc. (formerly National Interfaith Hospitality Network, Inc.) and serves on the board of the Summit Area Public Foundation as well as the Planned Giving Committee of Overlook Hospital Foundation. He has also served on the Board of Trustees of United Way of Summit, New Providence and Berkeley Heights (President), Overlook Hospital Foundation; New Jersey Center for Visual Arts (Chairman); Christ Church Executive Board (Chairman) as well as on many of the church's other boards; Friendship Ambassadors Foundation (Chairman); Family Service Association of Summit (Treasurer) and Summit Jaycees.
