Casey is the engine that runs the train at Orren Pickell Designers & Builders. He is the man that ensures the company remains on the cutting edge of high technology, and thus manages the productivity of OPD&B. Casey customized Primavera Project Planner, a program that schedules all elements of the design+build and remodeling processes within our company. Timelines and budgets are rigorously checked and rechecked through use of this software. Our customized Primavera is not just a great tool for the Pickell team, but also for homeowners and subcontractors, all of whom can find the status of their home building projects by simply checking on them through the Internet. We call this the Enterprise Management Initiative, and it is so highly sophisticated that it has the potential to revolutionize the custom home building industry. As head of IT, Casey has also reshaped our company's processes and drastically improved internal communication by integrating all systems through Lotus Notes. As a member of the Project Improvement Team, he is constantly stepping outside the box to improve all aspects of the company, with one single objective: Customer satisfaction through customer service.
Casey is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and previously was an engineer at Westinghouse Electric. He, his wife, and their three children live in Woodstock. |
