Catherine T. Schneider is an Associate with the firm currently specializing in the general corporate practice and the trusts, estates and probate practice. Her general corporate practice includes the representation of publicly and privately held companies in wholesale distribution, manufacturing and other businesses. Her work also has involved business purchases and sales, as well as general corporate organizational work for a number of the Firm's mid-sized and larger corporate clients. Ms. Schneider also works in the trusts, estates and probate practice of the Firm where her areas of focus include advising clients regarding business succession issues including the negotiation and preparation of shareholder buy-sell agreements providing for the orderly transition of ownership. She also structures family entities such as family limited partnerships and limited liability companies to facilitate gifting and asset protection. Ms. Schneider attended the University of Wisconsin where she received her B.A. and M.S., as well as her J.D., in 1985. |
