Catherine Busch serves as the Company�s Director of Marketing. Ms. Busch and her staff are responsible for the customer business development, marketing, pricing and relationship management, for the approximate 250 rail customers collectively served by the Company�s railroad subsidiaries. The customer delivery provided by the Marketing Department along with that of the Customer Service Center, allows Pioneer Railcorp�s Customer Service Plan to be among the most pro-active, customer-oriented and growth-centered approaches in the short line railroad industry.
Ms. Busch has served as Director of Marketing since 1998, joining Pioneer Railcorp as a Marketing Manager in 1997. Prior to Pioneer Railcorp, Ms. Busch�s railroad industry career spanned over twenty-one years in various marketing and administrative positions with the Chicago & North Western Railroad Company and most recently with the Toledo, Peoria & Western Railroad Corporation.
