Cecelia James, Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mrs. Cecelia James is the co-founder of C&C International Computers and Consultants, Inc (C&C), a Woman Owned Business. She also serves as the firm s Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and has worked tirelessly to ensure the company s financial strength. Mrs. James has successfully marshaled the capital funding resources for C&C s operational growth over the past ten years. Her leadership in the area of sound fiscal policy has contributed significantly towards C&C becoming the financial success that it is today. From writing a successful business plan to managing the day-to-day financial operations, Mrs. James has been instrumental in building this multi-million dollar corporation. Mrs. James earned her BA in Public Relations with a minor in Business from North Texas State University. Upon graduation, she served as the City of Dallas, Texas, Director of Public Relations and in the same capacity with the Zale s Corporation. She also had a very distinguished sales and marketing career with Delta Airlines. Her passion for business is equaled only by her concern for women and children. In her quest to ensure a better life for women, Mrs. James is the former Area President for Aglow International, an international Christian women's organization. In this capacity Mrs. James also gained valuable management experience by overseeing the boards of ten chapters in the Broward County Florida area and she remains very active in women s affairs with exemplary success in fundraising for charitable organizations. As a mother and successful business woman Mrs. James lends her name, time and skills to many and varied issues facing our nation s children, particularly the issues of poverty, child abuse and education. Whether it is through providing numerous educational scholarships, or providing life-skills coaching to young women Mrs. James is action oriented and recognizes education as the entry to a successful life.
