Chad J. Doellinger is an associate at Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP. He has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Chad�s experience includes complex litigation, with a focus on antitrust and intellectual property. Chad recently second chaired a patent trial to a successful jury verdict. Chad also co-authored the American Bar Association�s Amicus Curiae Brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in Moseley v. V Secret Catalogue, Inc., No. 01-1015 (March 4, 2003). In addition to his legal practice, Chad is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago Law School, where he teaches Advanced Trademarks and Unfair Competition. Chad has written extensively and spoken around the country on topics of competition and intellectual property. Before joining Eimer Stahl, Chad was an associate with Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson LLP a Chicago-based intellectual property boutique. Chad graduated from Yale Law School in 2001, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Symposium on Law and Technology and a director of the Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Order Project. Chad received his undergraduate degrees (B.S. in Political Science, B.A. with honors in Philosophy) from the University of Iowa. |
