Chad Lang concentrates his practice on representing management in litigation and advising companies on employment-related issues, with an emphasis on discrimination, harassment, wage and hour/FLSA, ADA, FMLA, Title III, ADEA, WARN Act, federal and state whistleblower statutes, employment contracts/ non-compete issues, and drug testing. He has significant class action experience and practices before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies including the EEOC, FCHR and the NASD. Chad was voted a "Top Up & Comer" in the 2007 edition of the South Florida Legal Guide.
He is a member of the Florida Bar, Labor and Employment Section and the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
During law school, Chad was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and President of the Moot Court Board. He also co-authored "Serious Health Conditions - A Guide for Florida Employers," The Florida Labor Letter, December 1998.
