Chad Oakley is the Vice President of Business Development for Charles Aris. Prior to joining Charles Aris, Chad served as a Consultant and Case Team Leader in the Boston practice of Bain & Company. At Bain, Chad focused on solving strategic challenges for clients in the following industries: software, telecommunications, optical networking, manufacturing and financial services. Prior to joining Bain, Chad worked in the Philadelphia practice of Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, where he focused on health care, pharmaceuticals and oil & gas. Chad brings to Charles Aris a focus on practice and process that adds value at each step for the client. Leveraging his business consulting experience across all industry sectors, Chad uncovers client needs and builds flexibility and accountability into the search process to address those needs. Chad holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
