Has thirty five years of experience with a major food company in the area of Liquid and dry beverage mixes, aseptic Health Care Nutrition products in cans and Ultra Pack pouches, Meal replacement and Performance Nutrition products. Dr. Mallangi has developed several patents in the area of development and application of functional ingredients and formulation and stabilization of Nutritional beverages which include utilizing Intact and Hydrolyzed milk and soy protein for energy and specific diseases. Dr. Mallangi has managed the Nutrition products group and to develop new products and technical service to the manufacturing factories. Dr. Mallangi is a Ph.D. in Food Science and technology, Oregon State University. |
