Chant� Spann is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment Groups. Ms. Spann has a broad-based litigation practice and has had experience with a variety of matters, including commercial, employment, intellectual property, securities, environmental and product liability cases. Ms. Spann has represented several large institutional clients in complex business disputes, including cases brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, claims brought under various federal banking statutes, state consumer fraud actions, and cases alleging common-law claims.
Ms. Spann was a Dean's Scholarship recipient and a staff editor on the Environmental Law Journal while receiving her law degree at New York University.
