Mr. Degliomini is a Vice President of government relations, corporate communications and business development for Empire Resorts. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of eLottery, Inc. first firm to advance the technology to facilitate the sales and marketing of governmental lottery tickets on the Internet. Before taking the position at eLottery, Mr. Degliomini was President and founder of Atlantic Communications, a New York-based corporate and government affairs management company. Mr. Degliomini served in the General Services Administration (GSA) as Chief of Staff to the Regional Administrator from 1985-1998, and was the New York State Communications Director for Reagan-Bush in 1984. Mr. Degliomini has a B.A. in political science from Queens College and is an M.A. candidate at the New York University School of Public Administration.
