Charles E. Haddick, Jr. is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He practices in the areas of Insurance and Insurance Bad Faith Litigation, Commercial and Construction Litigation, Professional Malpractice, Personal Injury Law, and Subrogation, Fire and Explosion cases. Mr. Haddick is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state and federal courts, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Haddick served as a long-time shareholder with Marshall & Haddick, P.C., a trial law firm in central and eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Haddick graduated from Duquesne University in 1986 with a B.A. in Political Science and English Literature. He received his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 1989, where he was captain of the school's National Trial Moot Court Team, as well as a member of the Order of the Barrister and the Corpus Juris Society. He is also a recipient of the Lewis F. Powell, Jr. Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy from the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Haddick is a frequent author and lecturer on insurance bad faith and insurance litigation, toxic tort law, and commercial litigation and has written for national publications including Pennsylvania Law Weekly and Professional Agent magazine. He has appeared in seminars produced by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the National Business Institute and is a certified continuing education instructor of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. He is also an NCAA football official. |
