Experience
Mr. Partridge represents small to mid-sized companies in a number of industries. Most of the clients he works with are family-owned businesses that have been in business for many years, some for three or more generations of family owners. He counsels them on the legal aspects of their business plans, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate expansions, raising capital and corporate governance issues. Often working with our trusts and estates personnel, he helps his clients with planning for the future in terms of generational transitions, exit strategies and the like.
Mr. Partridge achieved an A/V� rating from Martindale Hubbell�, the highest possible peer review rating for ethics and legal ability.
