Charlie Crowe has over 30 years experience in the area of IT federal proposal preparation, project management and government sales. He can perform a full range of services from marketing support to proposal assessment and program management. Charlie's primary strengths are in the areas of marketing direction, technical assessment and proposal management.
Before joining Suss Consulting, Mr. Crowe was an executive and part owner of Federal Computer Corporation and Condor Technology Inc. He was responsible for identifying government programs and procurements that would produce the greatest financial rewards for these corporations. Competitive procurement wins at the FBI, U S Navy, HHS, and USPS were successfully won and performed under his tenure. Charlie also managed the proposal efforts and administration requirements of IDIQ and schedule contracts with GSA, NIH and DOT.
A successful 15-year career with IBM's Data Processing Divisions preceded Charlie's role in complex systems integration with Federal Computer Corporation. He excelled as a Systems Engineering Manager and National Marketing Manager in the NFM Division of IBM during the 70s and 80s. Sales and Marketing responsibilities included USDA, USAF, U.S. Navy, USMC, DOI, DOT, as well as several classified agencies. Staff assignments during this period included realtime systems design, telephony applications requirements and microcomputer product planning.
