F. Charles Hindmarsh, head of State Street Global Markets' structured products, founded State Street Global Markets, LLC in 1985 and has been instrumental in developing the group into one of the industry's leading providers of structured products to the investment management community.
He joined State Street in 1978 and has held executive positions as general manager of State Street's branch in London, director of corporate banking and head of investment banking.
Prior to joining State Street, Mr. Hindmarsh served as vice president, Union Trust Company and as a chartered accountant with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company. He attended Epsom College in England.
