F. Charles Hoy Director, Business Development Charles Hoy, Director, Business Development, leads SA's efforts in developing new business, and assists in overseeing ongoing customer relations, sales, and marketing. Mr. Hoy began his career in the software industry focusing primarily in publication software, working with publishers such as Standard & Poors, The Tribune, and the American Chemical Society as a project leader, systems designer, and software developer. From 1994 to 1998 Hoy was president and co-founder of Diamond Lake Systems, a cooperative of software engineers, system architects, and software developers. Charles directed the sales and marketing of DLS's products and consulting services. Following his work with DLS, Mr. Hoy lead the marketing efforts for an international knowledge management company, creating contacts, presentations, and sales with some of the largest organizations in the world. Mr. Hoy brings 25 years of software consulting, project leadership, and sales and marketing experience to Strategic Analytics Inc. He holds a bachelors degree from Loras College.
