Charles G. Vogel is a shareholder in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group in its Milwaukee office. He represents business clients involved in diverse industries and provides counsel regarding a wide range of business issues and transactional matters, including business acquisitions and dispositions. As part of his health law practice, Charles has handled the full range of health care joint ventures, acquisitions and affiliations, including the development of specialty hospitals, the acquisition and disposition of ambulatory surgery centers and medical practices, and the merger and consolidation of medical practice groups and other providers.
