Charles Young is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the Peoria, Illinois office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Charles handles a variety of business matters in his practice in the areas of trademarks and copyrights, trade secrets, computer law, corporations, partnerships, acquisitions and sales of businesses, real estate, commercial and financing transactions, and not-for-profit corporations. He serves as general counsel for privately owned businesses and not-for-profit corporations in central Illinois.
Prior to joining Husch, Charles was with another Peoria, Illinois law firm for fifteen years, where he was a partner and a member of the Corporate Law Department. He became one of the founding partners of the Husch & Eppenberger, LLC Peoria, Illinois office in 1989.
Charles is currently a trustee of The Cornerstone Foundation, a foundation benefiting Lutheran Social Services of Illinois and its programs, and is also a trustee of the Greater Peoria Family YMCA.
