Charles Hale is Executive Chairman of Polar Capital Partners Limited, a London based asset management company regulated by the FSA. Prior to 2002, he was Vice Chairman of CSFB Europe Limited, having been Chairman of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc., until its acquisition by Credit Suisse First Boston in November 2000. Prior to 1984, he was a general partner of Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb and Managing Director of AG Becker International. Charles is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Business School. His brother Martin is also a director of the Corporation. Charles is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Charles will be stepping down from Innospec's Board of directors in May 2008. |
