Practice Areas Charles M. Henderson, III, concentrates his practice in commercial and intellectual property litigation in various state and federal courts. Work for Clients Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Henderson spent five years practicing with the New York City law firm of Quirk and Bakalor, P.C. where he represented clients in commercial, trademark, copyright, product liability and general liability disputes. He handled major trademark and copyright infringement matters involving the fashion apparel, consumer goods and music/film industries. He assisted in the representation of a yacht engine manufacturer in a lawsuit brought as the result of a yacht explosion off the coast of Martha�s Vineyard, MA.
Education: Mr. Henderson is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, and American University in Washington, DC. During law school, Mr. Henderson had several clerkship positions in Boston and Providence including at the Massachusetts Attorney General�s Office, Northeastern University�s Office of the University Counsel and for the Honorable Richard Israel (Rhode Island Superior Court).
