Prior to joining Sysview Technology, Inc. through acquisition of Nanodisplay, Inc., Mr. Koo is co-founder of Nanodisplay, Inc. He has experience of two start-up companies and 20 years of experience in the Display, Wireless communication, Network and Computer industries, and 5 years of teaching and research experience. Prior to co-founding Nanodisplay, Inc. in 2004, Mr. Koo founded Halfdome Systems, Inc. in 1997 and led the company through 2001 as the CEO and Chairman. Mr. Koo held various engineering management positions at Axil Computer, Inc., Amdahl Corporation, and Pacific Numerix Corporation. Mr. Koo was elected twice as a key employee at Amdahl. Mr. Koo holds a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Physics and Electronic Engineering from Sogang University in Korea. He was President of Korean Christian Engineers Association in 2003 and President and Chairman of Board of Korea IT Network (nonprofit organization of IT industry professionals) from 2004 through Sept. 2005. |
