Charles delivers Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller�s investment banking services to the property-casualty insurance marketplace, focusing in particular on providing M&A advisory services to managing general agents and program managers. He has extensive experience working with U.S. property-casualty businesses. Immediately prior to joining FPKCCW, Charles served four years as President of Primary Group�s U.S. operations, building the franchise through the successful acquisition of several insurance distribution businesses. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Ballantyne McKean & Sullivan, where he helped start the firm�s U.S. Program division and later served as Chairman. |
