As Vice President of Public Health Solutions, Charles Noxon oversees all of CMA's WIC (Women, Infants and Children)-related business. With more than 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Noxon is an innovative and experienced IT manager skilled in developing plans and strategies, organizing teams, and managing relationships with management, employees, customers, and vendors. He is experienced in identifying opportunities, establishing goals, preparing proposals, and managing complex projects. Prior to joining CMA, Mr. Noxon spent 30 years with Bull HN Information Systems (formerly Honeywell Information Systems) where he held numerous positions including Director of Industry Marketing, Director of the Northeast Region, and several sales management positions where he was responsible for sales management of Federal Government, New York State, and large corporate accounts.. After leaving Bull HN Information Systems, Mr. Noxon spent 3 very successful years with Rankin Technology Group where he directed sales activities as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 1999, Mr. Noxon left Rankin Technology Group to join CMA. |
