Chuck has more than 25 years experience in insurance and risk management, with specialization in the construction and real estate development industries. His experience includes risk management counsel and the development and placement of insurance programs for many major construction and real estate development firms in California. He also leads the surety discipline for the firm and is a nationally recognized professional in this industry. Chuck is active in industry associations: He is a board member for the Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA) San Francisco Chapter; a member of the Association General Contractor (AGC) Legislative Committee; state government affairs representative for the National Association Surety Bond Producers (NASBP); and a member of the Beavers Organization of Heavy Construction Contractors. He also serves as a legislative resource for the Construction Employer's Association. Chuck received his bachelor s degree. in accounting from California State University, Sacramento, and holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation. He joined Woodruff-Sawyer in 1990 and is on the Board of Directors.. |
