Mr. Shroder serves as the Director of Customer Support Services for Contingent. He has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications in both public and privately held organizations. For over a decade, Mr. Shroder has worked in the data center, managed service, voice and break-fix support businesses for companies such as Cincinnati Bell, Proctor & Gamble (American Computer) and SourceNet where through his professional development attained his Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and a Master Black-Belt in Six-Sigma. He has a Masters of Business Administration for Regis University and attended his undergraduate at Miami University. |
